As per the Order, no person shall manufacture or store for sale, import, sell or distribute goods which do not conform to the Indian Standard specified in the Order. Manufacturers of these products are required to apply for registration from Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) after getting their product tested from BIS recognized labs..
Documents to be submitted with the application:
1.Financial statements
2. Project reports
3. Memorandum and Articles
4. Lease/Sale deed
5. STPI registration letter
6. Upload Incorporation Certificate/Statutory Registrations/Statutory licenses for operation
7. Upload Power of Attorney/board resolution appointment for Authorized Person who would be co-ordinating with the Dept.on behalf of the company/entity
